Mark is a qualified CPA, ICAA. He has acquired extensive experience in dealing with an array of  businesses in proving both maintenance and project services. His experience includes retail, construction, manufacturing and various service industries.

Victor has acquired extensive experience within the telecommunications and electrical field over a period spanning more than 25 years, providing both maintenance and project management services. His experience includes managing and coordinating his team to meet KPI measures of major clients, i.e. emergency work, QA, deadlines and OHS requirements.

Deborah Munro is a CPA accountant with over 30 years of experience in taxation and finance, including key roles at Pacific Brands Group and extensive expertise in the construction and maintenance industries. Her deep knowledge of financial management, compliance, and strategic planning makes her a vital asset to Alert Electrical Group. Deborah’s areas of expertise include financial reporting, budget management, and cash flow optimisation, ensuring projects run efficiently and profitably. She is also skilled in risk management, regulatory compliance, and implementing cost-control measures to drive sustainable growth. Committed to delivering accurate and transparent financial solutions, Deborah is passionate about building stronger communities and supporting initiatives that create positive social impact. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and dancing, embracing an active and balanced lifestyle.

Anita Bogdan serves as the Human Resources Manager at Alert Electrical Group, where she oversees talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organisational development. With experience spanning industries such as hospitality, health, and wellness. Anita has honed her skills primarily within the construction sector, developing strong expertise in recruitment and performance management. Her core competencies include workforce planning, conflict resolution, leadership development, and the implementation of HR technologies to streamline operations. Anita is committed to fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture, ensuring that every employee feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and is passionate about promoting equality and fairness.

Stuart has more than 25 years’ experience as a business owner and maintenance manager within the telecommunications and electrical field. He has been involved in many maintenance contracts and projects covering scheduling, liaising with clients, design, estimation, installation, commissioning and hand over to clients, including schools, government, shopping centres and commercial organisations. Stuart has successfully managed the work orders and capital requirements of our existing clients including the City of Darebin, City of Stonnington and major builders such as Hansen Yuncken and Building Engineering.

Rosie is an Electrical Contracts Coordinator with a customer service background managing clientele of large freight companies. With a knack for clear communication and problem-solving, she excels at ensuring client satisfaction. Rosie leverages her customer service expertise to liaise between clients, suppliers, and our technicians, ensuring projects run smoothly. Her background in customer-centric roles equips her with the skills to manage expectations,  coordinate the required actions, and swiftly resolve issues. This, combined with her contract management skills and commitment to quality, makes her a valuable asset to our team and clients, where she consistently delivers successful and customer-oriented contracts.
