His experience includes managing and coordinating his team to meet KPI measures of major clients, i.e. emergency work, QA, deadlines and OHS requirements.

She is also skilled in risk management, regulatory compliance, and implementing cost-control measures to drive sustainable growth. Committed to delivering accurate and transparent financial solutions, Deborah is passionate about building stronger communities and supporting initiatives that create positive social impact. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and dancing, embracing an active and balanced lifestyle.

Anita has honed her skills primarily within the construction sector, developing strong expertise in recruitment and performance management. Her core competencies include workforce planning, conflict resolution, leadership development, and the implementation of HR technologies to streamline operations.     Stuart has more than 25 years’ experience as a business owner and maintenance manager within the telecommunications and electrical field. He has been involved in many maintenance contracts and projects covering scheduling, liaising with clients, design, estimation, installation, commissioning and hand over to clients, including schools, government, shopping centres and commercial organisations. Stuart has successfully managed the work orders and capital requirements of our existing clients including the City of Darebin, City of Stonnington and major builders such as Hansen Yuncken and Building Engineering.
